Auberge J.A. Moisan offers high-quality accommodation located in the heart of Quebec’s upper town. We offer four of the most comfortable rooms on the upper floor of the residence. Each of our rooms is soundproofed and tempered by a central air conditioning network, thus allowing to maintain a very comfortable room temperature. Each room has a private bathroom with sink, bath or shower, as well as a shower room. The floor coverings are made of hardwood for the bedrooms and ceramic tile for the bathrooms, for maximum comfort.

Payment

Any reservation request, after availability agreement, must be guaranteed by a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card.

The same obligations apply for a gift certificate. Full payment is made on arrival, either by travelers check, cash or credit card.

CANCELATIONS

In case of cancellation of your reservation, you will have to pay one. Here are the terms:

- Less than 5 days, we retain 20% of the amount of the applicable invoice.
- Less of 2 days, we retain 50% of the amount of the applicable invoice.
- The day (s) of your reservation, we retain the total amount of the applicable invoice.

In case of early departure during your stay, no refund will be given.
